Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of the device you wish to return.

  Secure Original Packaging

  Ensure the item is placed in its original manufacturer box with all internal foam, cables, manuals, and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of the shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
