Vintage Dahlquist DQ-1W // Subwoofer / Reconed and Recapped

Not to be confused with modern ported subs, the Dahlquist DQ-1W is designed to gently reinforce the low end response of the DQ-10's. If you're looking for a room-shaking sub, we can make some recommendations, but this particular piece is geared toward the collector looking to assemble a cohesive Dahlquist system, and includes the Dahlquist DQ-MX1 Passive Monitoring Crossover.

A superior subwoofer design. Adds an octave or more of extremely tight, well defined low response to the Dahlquist DQ-10. Propagates considerable acoustic output to 20 Hz and below. Its fast rise/decay times assure excellent coherence with high -definition loudspeakers. Intended for use with either the passive or active Dahlquist crossovers. High quality 13" driver with heavy cast frame and 12,000 Gauss magnet. Oiled walnut finish with satin aluminum trim.
